Dancing Ruby – Roya Nadafi

When the mist rises over the meadows of the Gilan plateau, still pearled with dew, a gentle breeze rises from the sea and caresses the face like a first ray of sunshine.
In this air float accents of sea salt and white flowers, mingled with deep notes of musk, mallow and hibiscus.

We imagine autumn.
On the opposite hill, quince, persimmon, medlar and orange trees bend under their fruit, and their perfumes mingle with those of the flowering tea bushes.

Away from the tumult of the world, we let ourselves be carried away by the aroma of a Chai that we prepare to welcome those we love.
The infusion gradually reveals its ruby heart and diffuses a soothing warmth, dispelling melancholy and opening hearts.

Saadi's words then resonate:
"Let everything that comes from your soul rest in your heart."

In this burst of joy, the ruby essence of tea is poured into crystal cups, with the sincere desire to touch the hearts of the guests.
Each sip becomes an offering, a celebration of sharing and humanity.
