Alma (tea gallery)

The idea behind Alma (tea gallery)

At once a tea counter, tasting area, art gallery, practice room and immersion space, Alma explores tea as a sensory and spiritual experience.

After several years of supporting tea brands as a consultant, and after initiating the Brussels Tea Festival and then the Paris Tea Festival, María Kockmann , tea sommelier, is giving birth to a more intimate and committed path.

"For me, tea goes beyond simple infusion: it is a living art, a presence to oneself, a path of inner transformation.

Alma , which means soul in Spanish, my mother tongue, was born from a deep desire: to bring out the soul of tea, in all its diversity, beauty and depth.

Each cup, each gesture, each encounter is a gateway to a world of sensation where tea becomes an experience , a connection, a language of the unseen. Alma (tea gallery) is a unique space, designed as a place for encounters, practice, creation, and curiosity for those who make tea an art of living and a vehicle for the soul.
A unique place, in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, where tea is experienced, shared, listened to and honored.

Conceived as a showcase for sensitive talents and still-discreet voices in the world of tea (tea producers, exclusive or emerging tea houses, ceramicists, artisans, tea enthusiasts), Alma aims to be a platform, a springboard, an ally . To reveal your passion, your craft, your world.
