About the event

To inaugurate this new series of Tea Times, Alma invites pastry chef Elena Kalmykova , whose signature blends French finesse and bursts of inventiveness.

Each creation tells a fragment of his journey: a vibrant lemon-bergamot, an almost floral lychee honey, a luminous saffron brioche, or a subtle journey between verbena, green apple and jasmine.

A suspended moment where pastry and tea converse, echoing the soul of the one who creates them.

A pastry chef trained at Ferrandi and a consultant, Elena Kalmykova unfolds a universe where French technique meets a contemporary sensibility, between precision and gourmet audacity.

Each pastry will be accompanied by teas selected by María Kockmann , curator of Alma, to create an accord conceived as a conversation between matter, perfume and light.
